When you send the contact form, your name, email address, phone number, subject, message, your consent, the page address and the time of sending are passed to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-delivery service, which emails them to the organization’s personal Gmail inbox (sunitabhushan67@gmail.com). FormSubmit processes the submission as the delivery service, under its own privacy terms. This website has no database for form entries. While you type, an unsent draft is kept in this browser tab’s session storage so it is not lost; it is removed when the message is sent or the tab is closed. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal or medical details.
